CORPUS CHRISTI, Texas – CCPD is investigating an incident at the Manhattan Apartments complex on Lipes Boulevard early Friday morning. Public Information Officer Jennifer Collier told 3NEWS that details are limited, but a call did come in Friday morning for drowning concerns for two children at the Lipes Boulevard apartment’s pool.
