Kingsville hurdler Jasiah Rivera began his 2025 indoor high school season as blistering as he ended his 2024 campaign.
The 300-meter hurdle Class 4A state champion, who also claimed silver at UIL State in the 110 hurdles, bested the field at the Texas A&M Indoor Championships on Saturday.
He ran the 60-meter hurdles in 7.72 seconds during prelims and then followed it by winning the finals with a blazing fast 7.60 seconds, the fastest time in the country this year and seventh-fastest time ever clocked by a high school athlete…
