CORPUS CHRISTI, Texas — A woman was arrested after officers said she was found passed out behind the wheel with three children in the car.
The San Patricio County Sheriff’s Office (SPCSO) said it received a call from the Corpus Christi Police Department regarding a 7-year-old in a car with his five and one-year-old brother while the mom was sleeping at an unknown location in San Patricio County.
After officers were able to ping the boys’ location, they determined the vehicle was located at Whites Point, just outside of Portland and Taft along the water’s edge…
