CORPUS CHRISTI, Texas — The new harbor bridge is one step closer to opening in Corpus Christi.
Harbor Bridge project spokesperson Lynn Allison said they’re adding the finishing touches including finalizing the entrances and exits along the bridge.
“For the initial opening of the southbound lanes of the new bridge, we’re going to have a temporary configuration, a temporary detour,” Allison said. “Commuters coming southbound from 181 from North Beach in Portland will take the first marked exit to head northbound on the new direct connector to 37, immediately exit, make a U-turn at Nueces Bay Boulevard to reenter IH 37 towards the Bay Front area,” she said…
