Ingleside council approves new contract with Tri-County EMS

Ingleside’s city council has unanimously voted to renew a contract for ambulance and EMS services for the next two years, a contract that will go into effect beginning with the 2025-2026 fiscal year.

During the council’s regular meeting on June 24, the Ingleside City Council voted to enter into a new contract with Tri-County Emergency Medical Services, Inc. for the organization to continue providing ambulance and emergency medical services for the City of Ingleside. The city’s current contract is set to expire in September.

According to meeting documents, the monthly contract price for October 2021 through September 2023 was $16,125.94 per month, and from October 2023 through September 2025 it was $20,292.60 per month. Under the new contract, the city would pay $21,307.23 per month for Fiscal Year 2025-2026 and Fiscal Year 2026-2027…
