KINGSVILLE, Texas — A Coastal Bend veteran not only celebrates Fourth of July but also gives back to his community.
Lewis Franklin Harper is celebrating the only way he knows how to: dressed from bottom to top in red, white, and blue in his hometown of Kingsville.
“We come back every year for Memorial Day, Veterans Day, Christmas Day for everything,” Harper said. “This is home to me and my brother Robert, and so I come home for the celebration.”…
