South Texas Weather Update: Hazy Skies and Poor Air Quality from Saharan Dust Plume Until July 11

Corpus Christi, Texas – A thick plume of Saharan dust is blanketing the Corpus Christi area today, dimming skies and causing air quality to drop into the “moderate” range.
