CORPUS CHRISTI, Texas — Six months after proposing an incentive plan to address empty buildings in downtown Corpus Christi, city leaders are still searching for solutions to fill the numerous vacant high-rises that remain scattered across the area.

The issue, which gained renewed attention in January, continues to be a concern for city officials as visible vacancies dominate corners throughout the city center.
