Nueces County grand jury indicts man on felony mass shooting charges

A man accused of firing a gun at a group of people during a May 18 gathering of car clubs on Shoreline Drive is being indicted on first-degree felony charges.

During a motion hearing held in the Nueces County 117th District Court on July 10, prosecutors notified the court that a grand jury had indicted 21-year-old Sean Taylor on two counts of aggravated assault as part of a mass shooting.
