WACO, Texas — A dog that had been missing since Hurricane Harvey was reunited with its family this week after it was found in a public bathroom at Waco’s Cameron Park.
The dog, named Blue, was taken to the Pet Circle Regional Animal Center and scanned for a microchip, which was registered to a family in Corpus Christi.
Blue had been missing since 2017, when Hurricane Harvey damaged the family’s fence and the dog escaped.
