TAMU-CC aligns in-state tuition policies with statewide changes

CORPUS CHRISTI, Texas — Texas A&M University-Corpus Christi is updating its in-state tuition policy to comply with new state guidelines following a recent federal court ruling and updated direction from the Texas Higher Education Coordinating Board.

Beginning in the upcoming fall semester, students at TAMU-CC must provide proof of lawful presence in the United States in order to qualify for in-state tuition. This change is part of a broader, statewide shift affecting all public universities in Texas.
