CORPUS CHRISTI, Texas — Time is running out as the trial date approaches for a man accused of a deadly shooting at a local convenience store more than three years ago.
Anthony Whetstone is charged in connection with the death of Sergio Del Alto, who was fatally shot inside a Stripes convenience store on the city’s Southside on March 28, 2023.
