CORPUS CHRISTI, Texas — Police have arrested a man after they accused him of illegally dumping more than 1000 pounds of commercial materials earlier this month.
The Nueces County Precinct Five Constable arrested 28-year-old Daniel Lopez with Dirty Dan’s Dumpsters & More out of Corpus Christi on Wednesday for dumping the materials on County Road 48.
Police said they charged Lopez with felony charges after dumping a large amount of roofing materials on the side of the road. His bond is set to $10,000…
