New film celebrates Tejano heritage with special early screening for LULAC members

CORPUS CHRISTI, Texas — Members of LULAC Council 1 were invited Monday to a special screening of Los Tejanos: A 500-Year History at Del Mar College’s Wolfe Recital Hall.

The film tells the rich and complex story of Tejano history and highlights the community’s important role in Texas’ broader historical narrative.
