Churchwell has been a trusted presence in the Coastal Bend for nearly 18 years, bringing viewers the stories that matter most with integrity, heart, and a sharp editorial eye. A two-time recipient of the prestigious Charles E. Green Award for Best Reporter in Texas (2017, 2024), Churchwell is widely respected for his commitment to impactful journalism and meaningful storytelling.
