Teen’s family seeks justice and healing after house party shooting

CORPUS CHRISTI, Texas — A weekend house party turned violent last Saturday when police responded to reports of a shooting at a home in the Kings Crossing area. Officers found two injured teenagers—a 19-year-old and a 16-year-old—who were both rushed to the hospital. The 16-year-old has since been released.

Authorities have made an arrest related to the shooting, and the homeowners were cited for providing alcohol to minors.
