A Nueces County grand jury on Aug. 7 indicted a man whom police hold responsible for a fatal shooting in Agua Dulce on July 10.
Eduardo Manuel “Manny” Hernandez, 21, is charged with murder in the death of Andres Aaron Canas, Nueces County records show.
