CORPUS CHRISTI, Texas — AutoZone Parts, Inc. has signed a lease to occupy the former Big Lots space at South Coast Plaza in Corpus Christi. The new store is expected to open in late 2025 or early 2026.
The lease covers 27,819 square feet. Lynann Pinkham of Cravey Real Estate Services represented the landlord, South Coast Plaza LLC, and Edwin Williams represented the tenant.
The Big Lots location closed in January 2025 after the retailer filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy in September 2024 and shuttered multiple stores nationwide…
