CORPUS CHRISTI, Texas — Three Corpus Christi Police Department officers were promoted Thursday during a ceremony at downtown headquarters, honoring their years of service and dedication to the community.
Police Chief Mike Markle presented promotions to Donald Moore, Branden Tackett, and Joseph Garza. Garza, now a lieutenant, is a former Channel 3 employee who brought skills from his previous work into a 17-year career with the police department.
