CORPUS CHRISTI, Texas — Whether you are heading to school, to work or just to run errands, it’s hard to miss the construction on Everhart Road as repairs to the busy roadway come with delays and back-ups.
It’s all part of a voter-approved bond from 2018 and 2020.
The city says that the 18-day delay on repairs is due to weather, but work is set to start soon. Officials emphasized that they know that there’s no ideal time for this construction but believe these water line improvements are necessary for Corpus Christi in the long run…
