Texas Coastal Academy (TCA) announced that Director Josh Nguyen is leaving Rockport-Fulton ISD to become executive director of the Aransas County Navigation District (ACND).
The move marks a significant step in advancing maritime education and workforce development across the Coastal Bend. TCA leaders say Nguyen’s transition will allow the academy to strengthen its connections with the local maritime industry while continuing to support Rockport-Fulton ISD programs.
