Texas businessman tied to San Antonio bankruptcy heading to federal prison

A Texas businessman tied to a San Antonio bankruptcy case that triggered allegations of company representatives having corporate records burned and buried is heading to federal prison.

Kingsville business owner Timothy Gaines Pollard, 43, was sentenced Friday in U.S. District Court in Corpus Christi to six months in federal prison and six months of home confinement after admitting he failed to pay employment taxes for his residential remodeling and fence installation company.
