CORPUS CHRISTI, Texas — The Del Mar College Board of Regents held its monthly meeting Tuesday afternoon, where leaders announced the deactivation of several academic programs.
Programs in areas such as automotive, chemical engineering, web development and long-term care are among those being cut or deactivated. According to college officials, the decision follows a detailed analysis of enrollment, student demand, and faculty needs.
