The Corpus Christi Housing Authority board voted Monday to terminate CEO Gary Allsup following a KRIS 6 investigation that uncovered potential violations of state law in controversial workforce housing deals worth $350 million.
The board appointed the C.C. Housing Authority’s Chief Financial Officer Rhen Bass as the interim CEO.
