CORPUS CHRISTI, Texas — With Halloween just around the corner, some folks in Tuloso-Midway thought they had stumbled onto a real-life ghost story. Rows of trash cans lined the street, but there were no homes in sight.
The spooky sight had people calling City Hall and even our newsroom, wondering what was going on.
