CORPUS CHRISTI, Texas — It has been one month since the Corpus Christi City Council voted to halt work on the Inner Harbor desalination project — a decision that sparked arrests, public outrage and lingering questions about the city’s water future.
On Friday, the council will hold a special workshop to discuss both short- and long-term solutions for the Coastal Bend’s water supply, as well as provide long-awaited updates on other projects.
