CORPUS CHRISTI, Texas — With a global shortage of maritime workers on the horizon, Rockport-Fulton ISD is training the next generation of seafarers through its innovative maritime program.
According to Seafarer Workforce Reports from the International Chamber of Shipping, the maritime industry could face a deficit of nearly 90,000 officers by 2026.
