Volunteers serve hundreds at Kingsville’s 10th annual S.H.A.R.E. meal

CORPUS CHRISTI, Texas — The 10th annual S.H.A.R.E. Thanksgiving Meal brought hundreds of Kingsville residents together Thursday at the Methodist Community Life Center, continuing a decade-long tradition of serving families in need.

Volunteers spent the morning cooking turkeys that had been brined and seasoned overnight, while others prepared mashed potatoes, stuffing, green beans and other holiday staples. Organizers said the event typically serves up to 800 residents each year.
