CORPUS CHRISTI, Texas — An 18-year-old has been arrested and charged with first degree murder in the shooting death of a 14-year-old boy outside the Figueroa Square Apartments in Robstown, according to Robstown Police Chief Mike Tamez.
Chief Tamez confirmed Elias Eric Rivera was booked into the Nueces County Jail Wednesday night. His bond was set at $750,000. The arrest comes two days after the fatal shooting of a 14-year-old.
