CORPUS CHRISTI, Texas — Driscoll Children’s Hospital and the American Heart Association donated 10 CPR and first aid sports kits—aimed at giving students and coaches the skills to act in time of an emergency.
According to the American Heart Association, 23,000 children suffer from cardiac arrest every year. And 1 out of 7 children that CPR is performed on survive.
