BELOIT, Wis. (WMTV) – Two people from Beloit were arrested in Texas after police say they are connected to a theft investigation, Beloit Police Department confirmed Thursday.
BPD said officers arrested Melita Jensen and Charles Bernard in Corpus Christi, Texas, on potential charges of theft and obstructing justice.
