Minnesota Police Find CBP Agent ‘Covered in Vomit, Unconscious’ in Illegally Parked Car

Police officers in Minnesota noticed an illegally parked car in a no-parking zone on a St Paul road. So, they decided to take a closer look. The incident occurred around 3:30 AM.

As they approached the vehicle, they noticed that the driver was slumped over behind the wheel. He was unconscious. Officers reported that the suspect, identified as 31-year-old Alfredo Mancillas Jr, a United States Customs and Border Protection (CBP) employee.

Reports share that he  smelled of alcohol, and had bloodshot eyes. According to The Guardian, he failed a field sobriety test. Upon refusing a breath test, he was arrested. The Texas man faces charges for third and fourth-degree driving while intoxicated (DWI)…
