Westbound Highway 358 at Everhart Road is cleared and open after a morning crash. Flour Bluff ISD Communications Director Bob Chapman confirmed that high school track students were on their way to a meet at Cabaniss Field, and parents were notified.
No injuries were reported, and traffic has returned to normal…
