CORPUS CHRISTI, Texas — The long-awaited reopening of Bob Hall Pier is just weeks away, and Nueces County Commissioner Brent Chesney says the project is coming in under budget, despite extensive construction efforts.
“The cost for Bob Hall Pier has actually come in less than expected,” Chesney said. “The work done has now come in under budget despite all of the construction that has gone into putting everything together.”
