Born in 1933, the organization said Moyra found her heart captivated by the spirit of Texas. She called San Antonio home for many years, but said the 13 years she spent in Rockport were particularly cherished, where the coastal charm resonated with her lively soul. An avid appreciator of the arts, especially opera and theatre, the organization said Moyra’s passions extended deeply to animals, whom she loved with unwavering devotion. Known for her honest nature, jolly spirit, and sincere zest for life, she left an indelible mark on everyone she met, forming bonds that highlighted her kind-hearted essence.
