CORPUS CHRISTI, Texas — City Councilman Gil Hernandez detailed new plans Monday to boost development in the London area through a Tax-Increment Reinvestment Zone (TIRZ).
The initiative is designed to support infrastructure expansion and promote sustainable development in the London area.
