CORPUS CHRISTI, Texas — A couple accused of killing a woman’s parents near San Antonio then fleeing with two young children – including a 1-month-old baby – were captured in Corpus Christi Wednesday, according to the Medina County Sheriff’s Office.
The case began earlier Wednesday when deputies in Medina County responded to a welfare concern after Stephen Rehbein failed to report to work, Sheriff Randy Brown said.
