Alpharetta, GA, June 12, 2026: Heartfulness volunteers, community members, and local leaders gathered on June 7 to celebrate the opening of the new Heartfulness Center at 160 Martin Drive in Alpharetta. The event featured meditation, community interaction, remarks from guests, and a presentation on Heartfulness’s environmental initiatives.
The morning began with a meditation session at 9 a.m., followed by a social meet-and-greet at 10 a.m. Guests were welcomed with a tour of the new center, a guided relaxation and meditation session, community introductions, and refreshments.
The opening marked an important milestone for the local Heartfulness community, providing a dedicated space for meditation, wellness programs, and community engagement. In his message, Consul General Ramesh Babu congratulated the Heartfulness community on the new center and emphasized the value of creating spaces where people can come together for inner growth and self-development. He also praised Heartfulness’ afforestation efforts through Forests by Heartfulness, noting that large-scale community-driven environmental initiatives play an important role in supporting global sustainability goals and addressing climate and ecological challenges.
