Crescent Communities recently opened HARMON Cedar Run in Lawrenceville, its first HARMON-branded build-to-rent development in the Atlanta metro.
Located at 1200 Fendley Trace, HARMON Cedar Run offers 151 three- and four-bedroom townhomes and single-family homes. All homes have EV-ready two-car garages, and some have fenced-in back yards.
Community amenities include a resort-style pool, pickleball and basketball court, playground and community gathering areas.
