Three accused of motorcycle racing at more than 100 mph in Marietta

Colby Robert Arthur of Acworth, Ivy Sinclair Arabia of Kennesaw and Timas Timothy Zukaras of Woodstock are accused of motorcycle racing on June 16 at 12:11 a.m. at the intersection of I-75 South and South Marietta Parkway in Marietta, according to arrest warrants from the Marietta Police Department.

Arthur operated a 2023 Kawasaki ZX6. Arabia operated a black 2020 Suzuki GSX-R750. Zukaras operated a green 2025 Kawasaki ZX636.

They were traveling between 90 and 101 mph in a 65 mph zone. They were part of a group of other motorcycles that appeared to be racing and attempting to outdistance each other, according to the warrants…
