A man wanted in connection with the death of a Marietta mother of four was captured in Florida, Cobb County police officials reported. Melinda Jolly, 44, was found deceased in her home on Perch Drive after a relative checking in on her welfare discovered her body, according to statements obtained by FOX 5 Atlanta. Charles Cook, 41, of Marietta has been arrested and charged with murder and aggravated assault in the slaying of Jolly.
