Police seeking to identify suspect, victim after shooting at gas station in Stone Mountain

STONE MOUNTAIN, Ga. – Gwinnett County police are looking to identify a man accused of firing several shots at a person at a Stone Mountain gas station last week. On Jan. 16, around 8 p.m., a witness called 911 in reference to a person shooting in the parking lot of the Shell Gas Station located at 5260 Stone Mountain Highway. Officers arrived and spoke to a witness who stated a man got out of a black BMW and then started shooting at a person inside the vehicle. Surveillance video obtained by police from the convenience store shows a person in the backseat getting out to get into the front seat when shots began to ring out.
