An 18,000-square-foot food hall is in the works in Braselton.
Seven food concepts are envisioned for The Braselton Food Company in the form of two full-service restaurants and five walk-up stalls, according to information shared with What Now Atlanta .
TPA Contracting is developing and constructing the building, along with consulting partners Max Design Group and Columbia Engineering . They are currently seeking investors for the project.
One of the endcap restaurants will be 4,500 square feet, and the other will be 2,500 square feet. Outdoor dining patios are planned for both of the full-service restaurants. The individual stalls, for smaller start-up concepts or existing brands seeking to launch an economical second location, will be approximately 600 square feet each.
A common seating area rounds out the space. Outdoor playground facilities are also proposed, creating a family-friendly destination.
The food hall is planned for a 4.5-acre site on State Route 124 and Zion Church Road, with close proximity to I-85.
