The Hall County Sheriff’s Office arrested a Louisiana man on Saturday, Jan. 27 near Gainesville after he allegedly fled from a traffic stop. HCSO Public Information Officer B.J. Williams said Michael Wayne Ball, Jr., 28, of Slidell, La, was stopped for a headlight and windshield tint violation at around 11 p.m. on Atlanta Highway near Pearl Nix Parkway.
