Authorities arrested a woman Thursday evening after she allegedly hit a man in the head with a hatchet in Gainesville. Rachel Michelle Millwood, 40, allegedly struck the victim in the head with a hatchet at 7:40 p.m. behind a laundromat in the 300 block of Atlanta Highway, according to the Hall County Sheriff’s Office.
