ATLANTA, Ga. (Atlanta News First) – The health inspector snapped photographs of filthy conditions inside the kitchen of a steak and sushi restaurant in Gwinnett County. Volcano on Pleasant Hill Road in Duluth failed with only 37 points and a ‘U’ for unsatisfactory. The report says an employee touched salmon on the sushi line with their bare hands, food debris was found on at least 30 dishes stored as clean and a mold like substance was found on a large container of chicken sauce.
