ATLANTA, Ga. (Atlanta News First) – Mourners gathered Tuesday morning to honor the life of a Carrollton man who died serving his country. Sergeant William “Will” Rivers, 46, was killed Jan. 28 in a drone attack in Jordan near the border with Syria. He was posthumously promoted to staff sergeant.
