ECI Group and joint-venture partner The Griffin Fund have started construction on The Averly Collins Hill, a $76 million, class-A apartment community in Lawrenceville. Situated on 22 acres at 700 Collins Road, the eight-building development will bring 300 units to the Lawrenceville Gateway development, where another developer is planning a 55-plus active-adult community. The Averly Collins Hill is expected to open concurrently with the 15-story Northside Hospital Gwinnett tower underway nearby.
