FORSYTH COUNTY, Ga. – The Forsyth County School Board has endorsed legislation that would allow the district to impose impact fees on new development. At a work session Feb. 13, the County Board of Education unanimously approved a resolution supporting Senate Bill 208, which would amend the Georgia Development Impact Fee Act.
