A husband and wife from Commerce were arrested on Tuesday after two thefts in September at a business in the northern part of Hall County. Hall County Sheriff’s Office spokesperson B.J. Williams said Barry Lamar Norton, 38, and Harley Cohen Norton, 28, were arrested for the thefts on Sept. 12 and Sept. 19 at North Hall Tire & Wheel on Cleveland Highway.
